Mister Milo's - Scarborough

Forget the fact that you are served by young adults, some of which don't have a clue what I find particularly hard to take, is that the last two times I have been there they have heavily overcharged me?! Please have an idea when you go to order as to how much it will cost you, that way you know immediately if you're having to hand over more. The food is quite good there, but the charging problems means I won't go back.

This hidden gem is well worth discovering for really good hot coffee, lovely breakfast/brunch and delicious cakes. All in a relaxed setting, papers supplied and polite efficient service. A traditional family business that has evolved to meet modern needs. I absolutely loved it. You will need to be able to climb stairs to access this lovely cafe.

My daughter and I usually go here for a coffee and a bite to eat. The staff and food are great. Unfortunately the manager lets the place down dramatically. She flounces around arrogantly and looks at you like she's just scraped you off her shoe. She opened the windows wide whilst we were sat in front of them without asking if we minded. The wind was cold and very quickly so was our food. We definitely won't be going there again!!
