Four of us arrived for early lunch. We ordered a BLT on brown bread. Then we asked if they did a gluten free BLT. They did, so we ordered one, also on brown. It took three attempts to explain we were ordering a normal BLT and an ordinary BLT. She just wasn't listening, but she finally got the message.
