Wimpey's Diner - Scarborough

My companion chose the Junior Burger Melt, a favorite of hers. The combination of grilled onions and melted cheddar cheese on a burger patty always satisfies her craving for a delicious meal. I decided to try the Western Omelette, which was decent with onions and ham. However, I would have preferred if it also included green peppers for added flavor and depth.

I went to this restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. Despite being a diner, our server went above and beyond to make our experience feel more luxurious. She was fantastic.

Pretty good..... The breakfast was pretty good. Not quite what I was expecting. I ordered the hamburger steak and eggs. I was expecting fresh ground beef patty but it was a pre-fab slab. <br/ <br/ Everything else was great and the folks that I was with really enjoyed their meals. Will give it another shot if the opportunity arises seeing as I am not from the area.

If you're hungry for a burger, look no further than the nostalgic Wimpy's Diner. The burgers are huge, about the size of a pancake! Plus, they are very affordable, ranging from 6-8 dollars depending on if you want cheese and bacon. The service was excellent and they also have a wide selection of affordable breakfast options. I highly recommend checking this place out. I would give it a 4 out of 5 rating.
