Tim Hortons - Scarborough

I asked for a classic breakfast sandwich on. English muffin no cheese!!!!!

I went to Tim Hortons at the food court today and was getting an Ice Cap. I had purchased the ice cap and the transaction went through. I was waiting awhile so I proceeded to ask the lady at the left cashier where I ordered to see where it might be. They didn't remembered I order so I pulled up my tranaction history to show them. Afterwards, they stated that they didn't see my transaction. Since it is in my pending transactions, they are under the impression that it wasn't approved. I proceed to call my visa card company and they stated it was aprroved and it went through at 10:59am.I explain to the cashier that it was Christine annd this other Filipino employee) with visa customer service on the phone. They stated that your sysytem didn't have it. At that point, I stated it was probably a system error and they did not verbalized a solution and was rude. If I can give a 0 star for customer service I would. I definitely will make sure they provide me a receipt the next time.

Whatever I got wasn't satisfied with my food ,bagel I told them wasn't tosted also, and bought French vanilla also with expresso shots they give me a coffee very disappointed with service ?

At 2 PM on 14th August worker named kruti dealed very rudly with us...very dissatisfied with the service.

My coffee source every time I visit Scarborough town centre. Can be busy most of the time but weekdays are less line. Crews are fast and has lots of patience.
