Not so busy location. Service was fine, the prices are a bit expensive, but their deals are not too bad. The bubble tea tasted good, but sometimes they tell you to wait 3 minutes. The sizes seem a bit smaller than other places, or they messed up my order because I ordered a large, but the cup looked to be a medium size. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ten Ren's Tea:
it was our first time we tried their drinks. we have their mango and militia that I don't really like, but mango was in order. Maybe they ask for extra sugar in the mango drink because our was super mad, but general experience was ok. friendly staff and fast service. View all feedback.
I went to this restaurant to buy a gift card, but I was unsure of the process and if they even sold gift cards. The employee, SUMI, who assisted me was incredibly rude. She did not even bother to look at me when I asked my question and just shook her head in annoyance. I felt discriminated against during my visit. Because of this negative experience, I have no intention of returning to this location. Unfortunately, SUMI's behavior left a lasting impression on me, but not a positive one.
The apple oolong tea served on ice did quench thirst, and was delivered in a timely manner as there was a complete lack of any line-up.
Got the capricorn slush (taro with redbean and tapioca). The horoscope slushes only comes in a large and it was delicious. Doesnt taste powdery like other bubbleteas and it didnt melt fast. However i felt like they couldve put more red bean and tapioca toppings. I got my drink right away since i was the only customer at the time. Cashier wasnt as nice though. Prices were kind of expensive.
I went to get myself a drink as I was leaving the mall with my baby who was cranky due to being tired. As I was at the parking lot, I took a sip of my drink and felt a crunch. I thought it was ice. Once I spat it out on my hand. I noticed it was glass. I was upset and in shock! I couldn’t go back as I was alone with my daughter and have already put her in the car. I called them twice but they didn’t pick up, as i was almost close to home. I called them once again and finally they picked up. I told them what happened. The person on the line didn’t seem phased at all and offered me a free drink? I was confused as how that would help me. What if I swallowed the glass? I told them they had to be more aware and clean out their space in case this happens to another person.
I ordered a drink with the wrong toppings and my child didn't like it. When I called to address the issue, they told me to return the drink for a replacement. However, I was already on my way home and they insisted that I come back on the same day. This customer service experience was disappointing.
