What User doesn't like about Swiss Chalet:
I waited to serve 1/2hr and come for the meal. the Brat-Rind-Dinner was cold and not as advertised (more like a stack of razed bark meat) for 15 minutes for a replacement. had to call the waitress to carry a bill. a few also waited 1/2 hours to place their order. two waiters were sadly overworked, but this does not excuse the cold dinner. next time choose another place. disgusting. The food and service were exceptional. I will definitely return.
I hadn't been to a Swiss chalet in over 20 years, and now I remember why. It was terrible! The so-called potato dish tasted like plastic, my partner's ribs were cold, and my chicken dish was dry and tasteless. I will never eat at a Swiss chalet again.
Arrived unbeknownst just 10 minutes before closing, yet our party was still seated by a friendly server. She handled all our needs expertly, and our food was delicious and hot. An above average experience for a chain restaurant.
