Spade Lounge - Scarborough

I normally have a great time at spades but there has been a new face there. Young lady with long black weave/wig. I went there yesterday with a friend who has cancer and she was rude the whole time while serving us and normally the bartenders are amazing, customers service is great everything but NOT yesterday. I just felt so disrespected and I really do regret even going there yesterday and probably won't be going back for awhile. Her attitude has completely turned me off.

Don’t waste your money! Horrible customer service by the staff. They treat you like they are doing you a favour to spend your money. As a guy, you will have a female security staff touch your private part in the same of a searching you before you enter when there are other male security staff available. The supervisor lacks empathy, understanding and the temp aren’t for running a service business.

Restaurant is huge and the vibes are always good. You can’t get better jerk chicken for the price as their Lunch Special Jerk comes out to like 10 bucks. Their hot sauce is also delicious, super underrated spot in scarborough.

This place is inviting, open and clean. Had the jerk chicken lunch special. The portion is very generous and delicious. You should give it a try.

Barbs breakfast was delicious. I celebrate my mom 94th birthday for the first at the restaurant.
