We both ordered the garlic Guajillo steak for our lunch. For my side dish I asked for some brushetta and guacamole . (It was a good amound) For my husband he asked for some hot sauce to his bowl. He loved it was spicy! It's was delicious and fresh and the steak was tender I couldn't finish everything I was full I had some leftover for dinner. Yeahhh! The service was excellent and prompt . What Nathan doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The line was superrrr slow and long. I usually understand when places are short staffed. But two of the employees were literally just chilling where the drinks were while there was only one person serving the long line. To make things worse I think it was manager who was just chilling because he had a different uniform on. Such bad productivity by the staff here. And I thought the Shops at Don Mills location was bad. View all feedback.
I really enjoyed the chicken bowl. The red hot sauce added a fantastic flavor to the dish.
I really appreciate the consistency of Chipotle. This location is in the lower food court of Scarborough Town Centre. I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice, no beans, roasted vegetables, mild salsa, corn, cheese, and lettuce. It was delicious! They serve a generous portion of meat, and the flavors are fantastic. I haven't been disappointed by any Chipotle location I've tried. The staff at this location are also very friendly and efficient.

We both ordered the garlic Guajillo steak for lunch. I chose bruschetta and guacamole as my side dish, which was a generous portion. My husband added some hot sauce to his dish and found it delightfully spicy! Everything was delicious and fresh, and the steak was incredibly tender. I was so full that I couldn't finish my meal, so I had some leftovers for dinner. Yay! The service was excellent and prompt. Our total came to $43.45, which included two steaks at $14.60 each, the guacamole at $2.95, and two orange sparkling waters for $6.30.
The wait was incredibly slow and the line was quite lengthy. I typically understand when restaurants are short-staffed, but two employees were just hanging out by the drink station while only one person was attending to the long line. To make matters worse, one of them seemed to be the manager, as he was wearing a different uniform and was also just lounging around. The productivity of the staff here was very poor. I thought the location at Shops at Don Mills was bad, but this experience was even worse.
