The Jian bing guo zi (egg crepe with fried dough) and the tofu pudding soup are delicious. The crepes are huge, enough for 2 people. Just a little bit pricey compared to others. Oh if you like eggs, ask for one extra egg, it will make it even better. View all feedback.
What Lin Yiping doesn't like about Chinese Crepes:
The crepe is really so so… very little green onion, no mustard pickle etc. We never needed to ask for those stuff when we tried other places. All these essential ingredients cost extra here. The crisp is stale, definitely not freshly made. Too pricey. I will not recommend it. View all feedback.
Having had jianbing in China, I was super excited when I discovered this place. I want to say that the excitement wad all for naught. We ordered about 5 jianbing. It would've been nice if the cook had labelled them separately. The taste was subpar to what I had previously had. It was rather disappointing.
Taste pretty interesting. Wished their special combo was in English tho.
This place can be overwhelming. There is an English menu. They can get very filling, so be warned. I ordered two thinking it wouldn't be so filling but I was sure wrong. Very home made feeling. Social distancing measures in effect
Cash only and they charge you HST without showing HST number or even the restaurant name on the receipt. Not sure if it’s legal.
The people in here don’t care for mask, Chinese customer out here taking her mask down the whole time close to where she’s making the food and slurping her bbt, and they straight up be having whole conversations.. also stomachache after eating here, usually the service is fine but won’t be returning considering they don’t care about covid ??
