Had the mild daily special combo. Love the fries and the fried chicken is good too. The chicken is very crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The fries are great. They gave me raw chicken when I ordered well done. And at another time I ordered sandwich (wrap) the wrap (the bread) was frozen and they put the fried chicken in hot to make it look like fresh sandwich. The employee lady was very rude she did not agree to give me a new sandwich or a refund.

UPDATE: THE SHOP IS TEMPORARILY (AND RIGHTFULLY) CLOSED. I HOPE IT STAYS THIS WAY SINCE THE OWNER IS A SORE LOSER AND CAN'T TAKE CRITICISM. Wake up mister... there are food businesses that serve better quality, fresh and authentic food with good customer service. Your business is already collapsing just because of your behavior and inability to accept the facts. To be able to respect your own business you need to respect the customers first. The posted picture already shows the mess that you actually are. You can't deny it. There's no use crying over spilled milk, but I hope you learn your lesson and move on. What exactly did I just (NOT) eat!? Old rotten chicken, fried in stale old oil, served with an equally rotten attitude by the old man who perhaps is the shop owner and you call it Al-baik style number 1 in GTA!? EXCUSE YOU! The whole shop is a mess, no food safety and hygiene standards being followed, random people known to the owner walking in and going straight into the kitchen! Absolute food safety nightmare! Definitely not coming back and recommending no one comes here to be fooled. PS. When you require your customers to wear masks, then you should be wearing it too.

We were greeted kindly! We got to try their fried fish and was amazed how light and fluffy it was. Definitely want to order some more. Also had their wings and were pleasantly surprised.
