The mixed fried fish is recommended because it's very light. The appetizer is also good. We also had the seafood linguine, where I thought the pasta was a little overcooked; it would have been better if it was even more al dente. In my opinion, this is the ideal location for people looking for a quiet, uncluttered place to spend a relaxing evening with just the right amount of privacy. The service is quick and friendly.

All this topped with the sea breeze and the amazing view of the beach front and the sea rocks of Ajnella from the restaurant porch! Highly recommended... Ask for the fresh fish of the day!

This time for lunch, we had the gnocchi with shrim and peccheri with grouper and both were fantastic. Somehow we managed some room for a delicious date desert made with cream and white chocolate, and finished things off with a tartuffo. The setting was so beautiful right by the beach, and the service was spot-on. Don't pass up this gem of a restaurant next time you're anywhere near Scalea.
