We found this place while looking for a restaurant serving dinner. The owner was very welcoming and gave us a ginger soda to try while we looked at the menu. We started with an appetizer then my husband and I both tried a pasta dish and salad. Bread was served of course and as much as you can eat! The food was delicious, the salad was huge and a good house wine was available. We did not have room for desert but the owner brought us a shot of the local Limoncello on the house which was the perfect ending to our meal! We also met some local regulars that spoke English and enjoyed the company! We learned that the owner's run a B B and will definitely look into it on our next visit!

We stumbled upon this place when the Michelin star restaurant up the street told us they only had fish on the menu… and we were so glad we did. It’s a small no frills place but we walked in to a lot of Italians speaking and we knew we were in the right place. There were a few locals playing cards and watching some sort of car race on tv and it felt like home. The pizza was amazing, the wine was great and just an overall awesome experience. Eat here! You won’t regret it.
A family run restaurant pizzeria in the centre of Scala. We ate here a few times and food was also tasty and well cooked, the bass was delicious and their tiramsu was as good as we've had anywhere. Wine list isn't extensive, but local wines they had were great for our tastes.
We were made very welcome, and the food was excellent. Leo was very courteous and attentive, and we enjoyed everything that was served. The pizza in particular was superb. We asked for a taxi as our accommodation was a long uphill walk, but the staff were insistent that they would drop us back, and Luca drove us home. We were very grateful as it was an unusually wet evening.
Very good restaurant. It is not look very high class, but fast service and good prices, as well as very tasty. Strongly recommend.
This is why I love traditional Italian restaurants so much, everything makes you feel welcomed it is relaxed and friendly. The antipasti is really great but the best of all were the pizzas they themselves are with a second visit Prices were very reasonable and overall I highly recommend it. Certainly I will tried again

This restaurant was a pleasant discovery: tables arranged under a pergola, varied menu that satisfies all gouves with an eye on the products of the territory, fresh food and quality, not to mention the excellent welcome. excellent value for money. absolutely recommended!
