Great pizza and national recognition. We're lucky around here!!!

Excellent pizza and really very very good. The dough is excellent and the products are super good. I really enjoyed it, thank you very much to the whole team.

We discovered this pizzeria following an article on Mélodie's victory in the French championship for the best pizza. We were not disappointed ! The pizzas are very good, well stocked and their prices are quite reasonable given the couple's track record! Use of local products (mention of Ventoux free-range pork ; On the dessert side, special mention to the tiramisu which is very good, finally a very firm tiramisu, a guarantee of quality! When booking we were warned that there might be a wait due to the crowds but not at all, the service is efficient. Booking is recommended ! We will come back to taste another pizza ;

To begin with, I must say that I am a very big pizza lover. I will only recognize pizzaiolos, like world champions, French champions, etc. It's a quality pledge for me. Yesterday for the first time I went to Dolce Vita in Saze after discovering that Tien Siong had become Pizza Champion in 2021. I took a Vegetariana and a Melanzana. And with my wife, we had fun! And the word is weak!! I think I could cross France for the pleasure of tasting again at this Melanzana EXCEPTIONNELLE! Fortunately, I only live 15 km lol The Melanzana is so well cooked with its ultra melting and delicious eggplants that it is an ecstasy for taste buds at every bite. I read that Tien Siong had selected his products and I confirm: the quality is well at the rendezvous. Dolce Vita becomes my new reference address in the corner. If you're not far, make a detour, it's really worth a detour! Don't hesitate... Thanks to Tien Siong and his team (because we never advance alone)!
