Down a small, candle lit alley, this is indeed a hidden gem. Nice food at a good price, a garden restaurant with great service. The wine is priced competitively, the desserts are of high quality, and the musak is chill. Unpretentious, laid back and lively. We'll be back! View all feedback.
This is a great restaurant that need to be discovered if you love food: freshness, flavour, colours, wine accord were perfect for the 3 courses. The real question is: how could we be the only clients in this awesome place the night we've been there? We have been drawned by the sign from the street and because we did not check tripadvisor before hand we did not except much from this tiny place. And we must say it was a blast. As entrées we had "Gaspacho" and have been served by Josh an amazing dish that did not looked like the traditional dish: just way better. The Chardonnay from a winery in Baha California was the perfect fit. Then the main course: did not know that you could transform a sad red cabbage into an amazing chutney that fit the pork at perfection. Again, the Merlot from Chile was just right.Even if the portion were conservatives, we were full. But desserts sound so good and they were! Again: fresh, tasteful, well balanced. Then the best part: we received the bill and from the experience we had we expected to pay 200USD. Only 110$ for 4 adults plus 2 bottles of wine?!?!?

Was told about this place by the people at the hostel and was not let down! The owner Carl has a great menu lined up and the food is amazing! The staff there are great and the atmosphere is beautiful, a small courtyard right off the main street secluded from the busy noise of downtown. A great place to take someone you love for a wine and dine or to bring friends to!
Discovered this absolutely amazing restaurant by following the lanterns up a pathway!!!! Best bistro food in town. Very attentive and friendly staff who clearly love their jobs and are enthusiastic about this new restaurant. The Chef is extremely established and Sayulita is lucky that he decide to open up here. We wish them every success and will definitely return a few more times during our short stay here. Well done guys.
I love food. I have been for breakfast and brunch. Both blew me away. My partner and I went the last time for our anniversary for a couple of reasons: it's delicious, the chef is happy to surprise you with the best dishes, and the seating is absolutely romantic. Not only is it romantic but the staff are fantastic. Every one is attentive and treats you like you're the only customer in the world.Everything we've tried has been good but my favorites have been the tortilla espanola and the pear crumble. I'm actually still thinking about them! Can't wait to go to there for dinner because I've heard dinner is even better than my beloved brunch.
