Yanuzzi's - Sayre

I never understood the local love for this place. I wish people would stop picking them for their venues so I could stop going there.

Best Ribeye ever, Sauce is great and service was very good.

Was there sitting on the table for 25 minutes without a confirmation. Then a few came in and sat and within a few minutes they waited while we were sitting there until a waitress came to us. We decided to give it 5 minutes before we decided we would go. We felt restless and discriminated it felt very unwilling.

With all the hype, we chose to go there one early evening after work and was treated horribly. We waited at the entrance from the bar to the dining room only to have the workers look at us and walk on by. I could understand if the place was packed but there was no one there...Finally, a waitress took us to a table.... no hello, etc.... Food was fine.. service was not. We never got asked how the meal was.. never asked if drink refills were desired... I guess you had to be a regular to be treated with respect.

Have eaten there several times when travelling in the area. always had great food and excellent service. has a great house wine as well as other fine drinks.
