Horrible drive thru!Also, showed up at 7:33. I was told they were closing the lobby early at 7:30 and that I could use the drive thru. Then in the drive thru line when it was my turn, I was told sorry, but were closing early . The place is a joke.

Waited 60 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken, biscuit and a mashed potato. Got to the window and all out of the original recipe. Sat even longer while they went to get extra crispy. 5-6 people working. None really working. Asked to speak with the manager. Apparently he couldn’t talk. On the phone with the owner. All young people standing around and laughing. Stated there was someone training and they couldn’t go any faster. That person had to train. Ridiculous. This place is a joke. I have always loved KFC. I can go out of town and get some and be home before I’d even get to the window here. You have permanently lost our business.

I suggest choosing a different KFC location instead of waiting in line at the one in Sayre. Although we live less than two minutes away, we waited 22 minutes in the drive-thru for an expensive 4-piece tender meal. We won't be coming back to this location. The management definitely needs some significant improvement. On a positive note, the girl at the window was very friendly.
