We appealed to Ambrose as a caterer for our marriage. We chose to delegate our wine of honour, our wedding meal and a brunch for the next day. Everything was perfect: the dishes were as beautiful as good, the quantities were very generous, the service was impeccable. Nice love in love. The dishes are good, just what it takes in the plate. It was a Thursday night, we had the room for us. The trout was delicious, the perfect meats, the perfect divine iced, the biscuit madeleine a little dry and its tile a little oily, but make home...
