has the search for a place for a nice aperitif for 8 people, we were not disappointed. beautiful Valais wine list but especially selected Italian wines from all regions of the peninsula. possibility to taste several wines in small quantities. a small plus of Italian specialties accompanies the transalpine nectars. Die Kellnerinnen sehen, dass wir da sind, tun aber so, als ob niemand da wäre. Wir kamen gerne, wenn der Chef da war. Hat sich die Verwaltung verändert?
Auf der Suche nach einem schönen Aperitif für 8 Personen wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Schöne Karte mit Walliser Weinen, vor allem aber ausgewählten italienischen Weinen aus allen Regionen der Halbinsel. Möglichkeit zur Verkostung mehrerer Weine in kleinen Mengen. Zu transalpinen Nektaren passen noch ein paar weitere italienische Spezialitäten.
