Hearthfire, Organic Woodfired Sourdough Bakery

Wow!! This Bakery is definitely something else right in the main street of Sawtell. I have just had the BEST Vegan Pie RAW Caramel (Fig) Slice today their Gluten Free Bread I already know is by far the BEST I have ever tasted. Thank you Hearthfire and I will be sure to visit your Bellingen store soon. You are by far Simply the Best!!

The baked goods are amazing and super delicious. Especially the Mille fuille (vanilla slice)

**** delicious. Pies, pasties and sweet treats are outstanding. A truly good bakery with high quality ingredients. Even down to the the full cream organic unhomoginised milk used for the hot drinks. Coffee was good but the chai is setting the benchmark for the rest of the town. My partner believes the beef and red wine pie along with the almond croissant are the best she has had. I particularly loved the spinach and ricotta pasty. Made with silver beet gives it some good thick flavour and an amazing pastry. My kid loved the custard scroll and with good reason. It was **** beautiful. I'm about to smash the macadam and fig brownie. Looks amazing. Not a cheap feed but I love some baked goods so happy to splurge.
