It's truly a quality bakery that uses top-notch ingredients, right down to the full cream organic unhomogenized milk for the hot drinks. The coffee is great, but the chai really sets the standard for the entire town. My partner thinks the beef and red wine pie and the almond croissant are the best she's ever had. Personally, I was really impressed with the spinach and ricotta pasty; the silver beet gives it a rich flavor, and the pastry is fantastic. My child absolutely loved the custard scroll, and it's easy to see why—it was beautiful! I’m about to dive into the macadamia and fig brownie, which looks amazing. It’s not the cheapest option, but I adore baked goods, so I’m more than happy to treat myself.
