Aggressive staff. A large guy who served my friend literally yelled at him, loudly, just because my friend hadn't specified whether he wanted a cone or a cup. I understand being nervous, but yelling at the customer seems gross to me. After seeing this I obviously avoided getting ice cream like my other friends there, we don't like being yelled at. Too bad because the ice cream isn't bad either.
