I was really looking fo... read more The staff wasn’t very friendly. I ordered a 6-piece chicken tender meal, but when I opened it on the way home, I found only five pieces. I was really looking forward to dining at Zaxby’s, but I won’t be returning to this location. It’s not worth your time when there are plenty of other places nearby. This was especially disappointing since it was the first meal my six-year-old son wanted to enjoy after being sick. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

As I was waiting in line, the door opened and water splashed onto my car from the entrance. When I finally reached the pickup window, the chicken was dry, there was barely any garlic sauce, the fries were stale, and my drink was watered down. I've usually had a good experience here, but this time was unfortunately not the case.

This is the first time I've had a small issue at this location. However, I had to take away one star because the toast is a crucial part of the meal.

I received the wrong order, and when I returned it to the cashier, I took a fry from the box to explain the mix-up. To my shock, the cashier took the box I had just eaten from and repacked it for someone else's order. It was quite unappetizing.
