Contribute FeedbackThe Draft Room invites diners on a culinary adventure marked by delicious highs and significant lows. Patrons rave about standout dishes like the signature burgers, Buffalo Chicken dip, and flavorful bar bites that boast quality ingredients and impressive presentation. However, inconsistent service and menu availability have left some feeling undervalued, with reports of stale items and lackluster attention from staff. While the atmosphere buzzes with energy, especially during events, the restaurant's marketing could use a boost to draw in more guests. Ultimately, The Draft Room promises delectable food, but guests should be prepared for a variable dining experience.
My wife and I had a wonderful day until we decided to give this place a third attempt, because we enjoyed the last two paintings of the wobble rings. today the waiting staff of my wife said to read the menu when my wife asked them if wobbles and tomats came on the fish sandwich. that started the fall. when we placed our order, the waiting staff of my wife said there was a fee to submit an salat for pommes. we said okay. they did not complain that their fish was cold and greasy because the waitress with us seemed less than customer-friendly. we received our bill before we only ate them to find out that the charge was $9.00 for an salate that would fit in a 6 ounce dixie cup. we asked about the attack and she asked the owner and returned with the land. because my wife “feeded additional gurkens and tomats that the price and it was right”. I paid $9.00 for an salat that was a meal with many extra toppings. that's the best price. my wife submitted a review on google and the owner reacted that it seems as if it were our fault, added: "We obviously wanted something free and we had a bad day." we traveled and ate in world-famous restaurants and sports like this. we were never treated so gruffy. of course we will not be back. I hope the owner has a better day because he and his staff are not customer-friendly. with the all-encompassing settings we have received today, and the whispering decline of the waitress about this issue, it is obvious as with any business, the customer service is top-down.
This was our third visit here and we drive approx. 35 minutes to get here. I ordered the fish sandwich for 9.00 a.m. with a charge to add an salat instead of fries. That was good. I also asked for additional gurkens and wobble. the mushalate was on the plate with 6 red bevelling and 6 cucumber pieces. the bill came for 18.00 for the 9.00 sandwich. After asking the manager, I was back assured that it was right because of all “extras”. we found the attitude to be involuntary and to go the price to be unfair to inferior food.
Never have I’ve been kicked out of a restaurant for sending my food back, but hey if that’s how y’all treat your customers you will never see me again. But thanks for the free drinks I guess
We took the grandkids to lunch. One child ordered PBJ and grapes. The bread was stale and drinks did not come with the Kid’s Meal. Lemonade cost almost $3.00. I tried to order the Thai Curry. They didn’t have it. My wife and I then tried to order a vegetarian burger. They didn’t have that either. Therefore, the adults were not able to eat as we are vegetarian. The server didn’t come back to check on our table. When we asked for the check, the server didn’t return. My wife had to track her down to pay $23 for drinks, kid’s chicken nuggets and a stale sandwich. A little disappointed altogether.
Pretty nice place!! The day we went was very busy but the GA AL football game was on. Food was pretty good. Calamari was slightly overcooked but good and the Pretzel and beer cheese was really good!! ?
