Red Lobster - Savannah

I ordered a dessert online, which was supposed to be ready at 5:06. However, when I arrived, no one offered to assist me. The manager was busy cooking, and when I asked for help because I had been waiting a long time, I didn’t receive much attention. The woman at the front seemed uninterested in assisting me, and the bartender didn’t seem to care either. It’s really important to have staff members who are willing to go above and beyond to help customers. Eventually, when I decided to cancel my order, a new employee who had just started her shift was ready to assist, and I appreciated her help after waiting for 30 minutes.

I went out for lunch and ordered the Shrimp Scampi, which came with two sides. I picked rice risotto and a garden salad. As always, I got the Cheddar biscuits for free and ordered a strawberry limonade to drink. My waitress was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and clean. I’ll definitely be returning.

The serving sizes have been decreased, so has the quality of food. PLEASE HIRE A BARTENDER, OR TRAIN THE WAITRESSES TO MAKE THE DRINKS ON YOUR MENU ?

Couldn't have asked for better service! Food was outstanding! Waited a few extra minutes with staffing issues but was totally worth it.

Well?my wife, 1 year old daughter and I are sitting here currently for dinner. Decided to take the family out and unfortunately we came here. Where should I start? Here is good I guess. We?ve been seated for almost two hours at this point. In that period of time the employees have been busting glassware over each other?s heads, (literally? we have yet to get our drinks refilled, no food as been brought to us, the store manager has been to our table three times and not a single person has even offered to refill anything for us. For the love of god, stay away from this establishment. You get treated better at McDonald?s.
