Service declined so much in last few visits as well as management. Manager hangs out at bar vaping with other staff. Couldn't even get waitress back for 2nd beer. We were so excited to find out that Rachel’s is now open for lunch! The service was great and the food was delicious. Rachel also was on top of everything.
