Contribute FeedbackLongHorn Steakhouse presents a polarized dining experience, with patrons enjoying delightful meals marred by inconsistent service. While some visitors rave about the exceptional quality of their steaks and appetizers, others lament their tough ribs and overly salty dishes. Customer service experiences vary widely; some guests praise attentive and friendly staff, while others report unprofessional service and long wait times marred by unclean conditions. Overall, while a selection of dishes brings satisfaction, service shortcomings and cleanliness issues cast shadows over the otherwise promising culinary offerings at this steakhouse. For a reliable experience, potential diners may want to tread carefully.
The food was excellent and the atmosphere is really pleasant. The wait staff are service oriented and very hospitable. Our waiter AJ was on point and the manager was so generous and kind! We will be back soon.
We stopped in for lunch and had a full dinner for two and it was excellent. You'll note I rated this place nine years ago, and the service and food were horrible. We ordered T-bone steaks with sides. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and spit on. It seems things have turned around in terms of staff and management since our last visit your nine years ago. This place is pretty shabby compared to the Longhorns in Brunswick, Hinesville, and Pooler, Georgia, but otherwise, the quality was there. Go and Joy.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The service is terrible, the food is mediocre, and you will have to wait a long time for your drinks and meals. It took us 50 minutes just to get a glass of wine and a bottled beer, and we were never even asked if we wanted water. We were about to leave when they finally brought our drinks, still without any water. It then took 1 1/2 hours to receive our food.
We only gave this restaurant one star because the food was just okay. When we first walked in, there was a strong smell of urine, making it feel unclean. The service was terrible and embarrassing. We spent $200 and waited for 2 hours, constantly having to remind the staff for drinks, silverware, plates, and refills. Our orders and entrees were served randomly and other waitstaff seemed uninterested in helping. They were also rude and half of the items we wanted were unavailable. It was disappointing to see that they didn't have proper provisions, as we had to use plastic cutlery since they had run out of regular silverware. Longhorn should be ashamed of their service. Save yourself the trouble and find a different steakhouse, as this one is a complete joke.
I have visited this Longhorns location for the second time and it has been one of the worst experiences I've had. This second visit was particularly disappointing. We had to wait a while before being greeted and seated, despite there not being a large crowd. The restaurant had a sour, moldy smell and appeared to be in need of a deep cleaning. Our food arrived quickly and our waitress was polite. However, my salmon, rice pilaf, and Mac cheese were all subpar. The salmon was lukewarm in some spots, the rice pilaf was undercooked and cold, and the Mac cheese had a grainy texture. Despite the waitress's attentiveness, I would not recommend this location. No photos of the food as it was not worth it.
