Chopsticks Chinese Cuisine - Savannah

I've always dined here since they first opened, but after my experience tonight, I doubt I'll return. The food lacked flavor and simply wasn’t up to the standards it once had. I have to question the chicken; it looks a bit off and its texture raises some concerns. There’s definitely something not right about it. I've seen reviews about food poisoning, and I wish I had read those before I ordered or ate. I guess we’ll see what happens next.

I understand covid and delivery problems are a problem, but if they lack the right ingredients, they take it from the menu and don't cheat them customers. especially faithful local customers.

After visiting this Chinese restaurant a few times, I only get Sweet and Sour chicken as the other dishes lack seasoning and taste. Food is bland, but they give you a good portion. Fried rice is not fried rice here, rice and soy sauce, lacks taste, eggs and veggies. It's not bad, but it's not the best either. Food has been fresh each time for the most part and recommend if you have no other options. Drive thru is a plus!

Food is horrible and the girls there are rude and the manager.Got sick after i ate there.Was sick all night.I will never return there.

Do not eat here.I asked the cashier, Jenn as printed on the receipt what she recommends on the menu. She told me that she recommended the General Tso’s Chicken, and so i ordered that. Not even 3 Hours later i vomited it all out. the peas in the rice were still completely whole when they came back up. This gave me food poisoning and i spent the whole night vomiting remains of what i thought would have been a good dinner. it was slightly suspicious that my food was brought back to me about 3 4 minutes after ordering. I will not be returning to this establishment.
