Cha Bella - Savannah

Our server, Cati, was amazing and attended promptly to all of our needs... The food (that I had) was excellent... The organization of how the food line was for the buffet was not good at all... People were randomly roaming around in a very small serving space... I also feel that there should have been an attendant to the food stations preventing people from digging serving pieces out of the food with their bare hands when they fell into the dishes... I witnessed this 4 different times... It is very unsanitary and just plain disgusting... I didn't even get to try those dishes due to that, and for $80+, I feel like I should have had the same opportunity as everyone else... The overall experience was good... But, I think I'd prefer trying this again when the experience is menu selections vs. buffet style.

We went for a Thanksgiving dinner and the entire experience was great and delicious. the people were great from check-in to end, and eating was delicious. at the end we even have a free cake to go!

The servers were really great got extra clean plates when needed and had a bottle of wine that was suggested was a nice sweet wine, It was a little bit delayed. The food was OK. The mashed potatoes Add a weird texture compared to the mashed sweet potato which was better.

Thanksgiving. I will never pick a small restaurant again. We were excited for the farm to table experience. My family waited 40 minutes outside to be seated at 11:25 for an 11 am reservation. By the time we made it to the buffet the food, several items were picked over or gone with no replacements. No one in our family received a nice slice of turkey, just fallen scraps that were dry. It was hugely disappointing. The staff tried to be as friendly as possible, but they seemed short staffed and disorganized from the start. I saw one of the staff putting the chaffing covers under the buffet table on the floor. When we left, they were putting them back on any left over food.I definitely feel cheated by the marketing and cost for the experience.

Fantastic booking taken at short notice. Would definitely recommend Cha Bella. The PrimeRib was a little underdone for my liking but that is a personal choice not quality of food.
