We rearranged some tables in the lobby to accommodate our family, but when one of the staff brought our food, she scolded us for moving the tables and insisted we put them back. While she was complaining, our toddler accidentally dropped a tray of food. The staff member rolled her eyes and walked away. When my husband approached the front to address the situation, that same worker was discussing us with other employees, including making comments about how we had asked for our gravy on the side. It was extremely unprofessional. We also asked to speak to a manager, who refused to provide us with a corporate contact number. To top it off, the crew that day was excessively loud and used inappropriate language. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I love the spices of aromas they use make me joy. They also do fantastic green beans and Cajun rice. Not the healthiest meals, but if you are on holiday and don't want to go to eat more than Hits the Spot. I also love the cold drums and thighs in the morning for breakfast.

Herenne is a pain to navigate, but these Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits makes a good job.
