Boar's Head Grill Tavern - Savannah

We heard that this place had excellent shrimps and dikes, so we stopped and tried. When someone from the south I would have to say that these were some of the best shrimps and grits I've ever had. The Gries were rich and creamy. The rest of the plate was perfectly seasoned. Children had chicken pliers that were very well cooked, not hard as rocks like typical restaurants. The Pommes also had a great season on them. Cocktails were good and the service was great!! I would recommend and return.

O.M. Goodness!!!! The shrimps and grits, the shrimps and grits... phenomenal! We came in 30 minutes before she finished lunch and Deb was so inviting. The decor is warm and lets you feel like a part of the river bank. The food was...no words describe the taste, texture and joy appropriate! I was sad when my plate was clean. Very recommended to come to Boar's Head Grill Tavern and see yourself.

If you visit Savannah or live here, I highly recommend this place! This is one of the best burgers I've ever had. My husband also loved his food! The service was unbelievable that they set us right away! Our waiter has also checked us a lot. It was on the higher price side, but we will be worth it!

O.M.G.!!! The shrimp and grits—simply phenomenal! We arrived just half an hour before lunch ended, and Deb was so welcoming. The decor is warm and really makes you feel like you're next to the riverbank. The food was beyond words—it's hard to describe the taste, texture, and sheer delight! I felt a little sad when my plate was empty. I highly recommend visiting Boar's Head Grill Tavern to experience it for yourself!
