Applebee's Grill - Savannah

Worst experience ever at applebee. we ordered everything they can eat wings and fries expect better than what we have. the half of the wings were so hard that we couldn't eat them, the waitress was very unattractive as it was slow. we waited forever for refilling. we waited so long we paid the bill on the pad at the table and waited for a box for other meal ordered.

This restaurant was incredibly disorganized. We were seated near a grumpy teenager who vanished into the kitchen. The waitress took our order but left it incomplete and didn’t return for the next 30 minutes. During that time, she walked by our table at least five times without acknowledging us. When she finally returned to finish our order, she apologized and confessed that she had messed up elsewhere. We were taken aback by her attitude. This experience was simply unacceptable, and we almost walked out. I recommend spending your money elsewhere; this place isn't worth it.

Wait for drinks, water retention after 35 minutes. then sat a few behind us, and 5 minutes later, served water and frise. we ask her if she forgot us. she claims the order is a backup. well, tonight 0. was great.

I asked about the bourbon street steak and when the order came, the steak looked very small for an 8 ounce. Don't let me start. if I cut it in. it was raw. ask for medium good. then they asked me, if you want us to get the steak back for you, I said, yes. tell me why they cooked the steak in half a time, then they brewed the same steak, but this time it came back. well done. I was done. I didn't want it anymore. i woull give them 0 stars if i couling wont be going back there again

Extremely slow but not busy. Waitress had issues with timely drink refills. The only reason for a 2 is food was good once we finally got it. We arrived at 730 and did not get food until 9. I asked them to sing happy birthday to my daughter and the waitress replied we don't do that. Not 10 minutes later they sang to another child. We will not be back.
