I was just at this store and they were very busy and I was shocked to see an employee stop making sandwiches to accept a delivery from DAIRY Queen so they could enjoy nice cold ice cream on a hot day. I then ran into the driver while in the parking lot and learn these employees ordered from a restaurant 10 miles away when there is A DQ down the road and stiffed the delivery driver. I was just at this store and they were very busy and I was shocked to see an employee stop making sandwiches to accept a delivery from DAIRY Queen so they could enjoy nice cold ice cream on a hot day. I then ran into the driver while in the parking lot and learn these employees ordered from a restaurant 10 miles away when there is A DQ down the road and stiffed the delivery driver. How embarrassing. I will never again eat at this store even though it is the closest to my home.
I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches from here, everything was correct in the order but they put everything on sloppily so it was all falling out, part of my sub was hanging out of the wrapping, and neither of my sandwiches were cut. I don't mean to be rude but I've just never experienced a Subway this disorganized.
I downloaded the Subway app. It is very friendly and easy to use. Thumbs Up. Yesterday I saw an ad on television from subway saying buy 1 foot long and get a second free. I went on the iPhone app and at the top was the same offer. When I placed my order I did NOT see in my basket a second sandwich for free. I closed the application on my phone. This morning while reviewing my credit card I saw that I had been charged. Very odd and discerning considering I had closed the app without placing my order. This afternoon I drove to the Subway store and was told that because I didn't pick up the order they threw it out. I was given my money back. $9.33. What concerns me is the app placed the order and the store threw the sandwich out. I would recommend that subway clean up their app and when reasonable advise customers that their order is waiting.
Today I stopped by, ordered, pulled up to the window and was told it would be 9.21 for an Italian Bmt on white all from a subway that has never gotten a single order correct in the past 5 years I have gone to this location. I would not go there, but my Italian bmt is my go to for a quick sandwich at the different location by my office 2 miles away (though mysteriously it costs $3.00 less there). I asked the woman working at the windoow and she immediately and really rudely replied to me I 've been here 3 years, I think I would know . Really? Well that is the crappy attitude that this location has the reputation for in savage they are known for overly rude service, perpetual mistakes on your order and bad quality food that borders on the level of being a culinary abortion. (Pro tip, NEVER get the meatball sub from this location). The owner and management obviously do not care for allowing this location to be so bad. It is very disappointing.
My boyfriend and I came in today, March 1st, at about 5pm and ordered 2 subs. Total came out to 24 something. I only had a $10 bill and a $100 bill. They said they could not break the $100, so we had to leave WITHOUT OUR FOOD. I get it, you may not have enough change in your till, but YOU ARE A BUSINESS AND SHOULD HAVE MONEY IN A SAFE ELSEWHERE. No type of money should be turned away. Money is money.
