They told me to pull up to... read more I got there at 10:20 for a DoorDash order and nobody answered the speaker at the drive-through so I pulled up to the window at 10:28. They told me to pull up to the door. Nobody ever brought out the food. They never told me to come in. I Didn’t get the order until 1040 after I pulled back to the window and they told me to come in this store has the worst service I’ve ever received at any Culver’s. You need to fire the manager and get new employees that actually care about customers. And I watched another customer pull away from the The drive-through because nobody was answering the speaker. He drove by me really slow and he looked really confused. I know for sure you guys lost one customer and I’m gonna tell everybody about this Culver’s and I’m gonna tell him don’t go there. The meat was flat and nearly transpare... read more ⸻ I just spoke with the manager to express my disappointment. What I received was not a Double Bacon Deluxe ButterBurger. The meat was flat and nearly transparent—definitely not a double quarter pound. There were no fried onions, and I didn’t get the extra pickles I specifically asked for. The lettuce soaked the bun, which wasn’t even toasted. Worst of all, the burger had zero seasoning—completely bland. I paid $15.89 for this, the sandwich was 7.89. I understand I added a large fry $3 tax 1.20 something but this kind of price jump and drop in quality is unacceptable. The ButterBurger used to actually taste like butter—this one didn’t. The manager mentioned the lettuce had too much water and something about a new supplier—well, that’s not the customer’s problem. If you’re serving soggy buns, underwhelming meat, and missing toppings, it’s your job to fix it before it leaves the kitchen. To top it all off, I wasn’t even offered a coupon or any incentive to come back. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

My DoorDash driver messed up an order and when I called Culver’s, she fixed the order without any trouble and was so understanding. I really appreciate how she handled the situation.
