⸻ I just spoke with the manager to express my disappointment. What I received was not a Double Bacon Deluxe ButterBurger. The meat was flat and nearly transparent—definitely not a double quarter pound. There were no fried onions, and I didn’t get the extra pickles I specifically asked for. The lettuce soaked the bun, which wasn’t even toasted. Worst of all, the burger had zero seasoning—completely bland. I paid $15.89 for this, the sandwich was 7.89. I understand I added a large fry $3 tax 1.20 something but this kind of price jump and drop in quality is unacceptable. The ButterBurger used to actually taste like butter—this one didn’t. The manager mentioned the lettuce had too much water and something about a new supplier—well, that’s not the customer’s problem. If you’re serving soggy buns, underwhelming meat, and missing toppings, it’s your job to fix it before it leaves the kitchen. To top it all off, I wasn’t even offered a coupon or any incentive to come back. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
