Cold ingredients were wrong in both order and missing toppings. Everything was cold seemed like leftover food. I ordered first thing thinking fresh piping hot footbut, instead feld likecold, no correct ingredients sloppy.
If I wasn’t starving would have left. This place is poorly managed. Staff openly arguing. Mold on tortillas. Out of many ingredients and kids milk at 8 pm. Counter very messy. Nothing good to say about this. This has been in decline for a while.
Horrible service, low quality food, and atrocious wait times for FAST food. Also heads up because its not clear online, this location is order online ONLY. How stupid. Drive to the Shakopee location.
Have been here countless times and something always goes wrong. Either it will be closed unexpectedly with a hand written sign on the door or they will mess up your food order. They give you horrible portions at this chipotle and makes it not worth the money. If you come you here, you have to go in and order because they will mess up a drive through order every single time and leave out key ingredients you ordered. I have continued coming here due to convenience but will not ever come to this chipotle again. The 2 Shakopee locations nearby are much better staff and quality. This is the second time this location has gotten my order wrong (via App- Chipotlane). Not only was my order incorrect and missing protein, but my order was leaking and completely smushed inside the bag. The only fair experience I 've had is stopping inside the restaurant and watching the employees make my food. Last time they put chicken in a Sofritas Order. (Vegan protein option). Not only is that unprofessional but disrespectful to people who have limited/specific lifestyle choices. Not to mention dangerous to people who might have allergies. I am so disappointed that this keeps happening. I rate my order low on the app but it doesn 't seem to change the quality of the orders. All the app does is offer Pepper who just gives me a free entree coupon. I don 't ever leave reviews but this time I had to. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location unless its a walk in order. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.
