I have been to Chipotle across the country, but this place is the worst. Food is cold and the staff is rude. The quality is awful and the prices do not align with what you get. I paid extra for chips several times every single time they were stale and barely edible. I hope the new CEO sees this post (not holding my breath). This place is so bad its embarrassing. I would literally be ashamed to work here. Lastly, tell your staff that if they want tips (which they are not entitled to), DO BETTER. UPDATE: Hi Michael the link went to a dead page (404 error). Either it will be closed unexpectedly with a hand written sign on the door or they will mess up your food order. They give you horrible portions at this chipotle and makes it not worth the money. If you come you here, you have to go in and order because they will mess up a drive through order every single time and leave out key ingredients you ordered. I have continued coming here due to convenience but will not ever come to this chipotle again. The 2 Shakopee locations nearby are much better staff and quality. This savage location is the worst one. I hope Chipotle Corp takes away this franchise from the current ownership. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
