What a delightful dinner! A smaller establishment with delicious offerings on the menu and on the palate. Lamb (had to have been local—the island is crawling with sheep and this was unbelievably tasty) and a lobster/sweetbread combination were prepared and served impeccably. Reviews were good so we thought we give it a try. But what we experienced was just a disaster. And I know what I’m talking about, eating out in good restaurants at least four times every month. Starter, Main, Dessert... equally tasteless. No creativity. Lobster as starter tasted like rubber. Fish for main was swimming in some weird vegetables. Disappointed. We took the menu at 60€. Aperitif, the entrance has a base of the hull (by sharing with lobsters because there was only one part left), but after that it took place: barbed too cooked, and dessert assembled playful but not at the level of a gastronomic restaurant. Bad value for money.
Never disappointed, the excellence of hospitality at the service, as well as the cuisine and the presentation of dishes. Come in and let you try!
We spent a wonderful time with family. The dishes are beautiful, refined and divine. I haven't eaten in such a good restaurant for a long time. Not to be missed if you pass on Belle Island.
