The exquisite fre... read more Yesterday evening in the setting of Tous at the pleasant evening restaurant around a delicious meal composed by chef Romain Pons and his team. The exquisite freshness of the perfect egg, Chinese cabbage and coconut vinaigrette, splendid. The Rossini tuna pavement; a safe value and a great classic always excellent adapted to the marine flavors of tuna and superbly cooked. A selection of cheese in no way disturbing. And to finish a Paris Brest house with absolute lightness and wonderfully tasty, without superfluous sugar. Whisky Nikka at the aperitif and a chateau of Budos Graves rouge 2011 to accompany the meal. In a very beautiful restaurant room with stone walls and decorated with good taste. Once again a very good evening. Next time an AAAAA grilled at the fireplace. Thank you.
