This place is a wonderful lunch break! It's a bit off the beaten path, so it's not as crazy as in downtown Helen if you're looking for a little more chill. You have an amazing sandwich called the stairs to the sky Maybe one of the best sandwich I've ever had. View all feedback.
What Laura and Tylor Quarles doesn't like about Sheilah's Village Market:
I live locally and work very closely so myself and my coworkers frequent for lunch. With that being said I spent almost $90 between yesterday and today having lunch at Sheila's. I witnessed today how the employees are spoken to and to say it was horrendous is an understatement. The food may be good, but I will no longer be putting my money where the employees cannot be talked to like people. View all feedback.
I love this place so much! I work at the Sautee Center and I come here every other weekend at least once. It's my favorite place to go because they're constantly trying new things. They have permanent menu items too which are always delicious.
One of our local favorites! They are always so sweet and the food is always delicious! Sheila’s is usually stocked up with baked goods, fresh produce, local art etc. You definitely want to add this to your tip if you’re visiting the area!
I order from Sheila's market every week!! It is always good and I'm extremely grateful she is there to help me eat better!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch stop at Sheilah 's Village Market in Sautee Nacoochee. This is a lovely deli/gallery/shop. As you enter you 'll find market goods and pastries, as well as many kitchen and chef-oriented gifts. This is also where you place your food order. Then you can wander through the store and gallery section, and either choose a table there or enjoy the outdoor deck with a view of the lush Valley. They serve a variety of sandwiches and homemade soups. We enjoyed the Stairway to Heaven, an award-winning sandwich : Roasted cream cheese stuffed jalapenos, pecan wood smoked bacon, 4 cheeses Wisham 's Blackberry Pepper Jelly, grilled to perfection on sourdough bread. Georgia 100 Plates Award 2019. We also had the daily special: a grilled ham and pimento cheese with red onion on multigrain bread. Can also highly recommend the homemade empanadas. Big shout out to Hillary, who made my mom feel really special.
