Delicious, amusing, informative, entertaining, and beautiful—what a fantastic way to spend an afternoon! Chef Tony excels at engaging and educating his guests. I even tried oysters for the first time, and they were amazing! We sampled them both raw and grilled, and I loved trying all the different yam sauces.
