Only small dish: impossible to know the secret ingredient of my alcohol-free cocktail: I found the coconut and pineapple... but the person who created it held it well. From Saumur we went to eat in this brewery: we loved it! The meat was tender and tasty. For me, I took the gambas to whisky, it was succulent! The desserts are wonderful too. I recommend
The entry of the Maupassant is an experience that will always be anchored in my culinary memory. After leaving me tempted by a Maupassant sauerkraut, which was not my surprise to rediscover a traditional and sublimated recipe and taste the day. We can say the chief can do it! The staff is very user-friendly, happy to share their recipes and culture in the region. It's a lifestyle I won't forget. Since my first visit to the Maupassant, I no longer consider travels to Saumur without taking a step at the Chef's brewery. Thanks to the owners for celebrating us!
