A typical buffet restaurant but one in need to updating. The selection was decent and was hot as they were just putting it out as we arrived after walking from our hotel next door. Not any one exceptional dish but as with any buffet there is something for everyone. View all feedback.
What Joanie H doesn't like about Golden Dragon Restaurant & Tavern:
This was our first time here as we were in town visiting family. The restaurant itself is nice and clean and spacious. The buffet looked good as there was lots of variety but to me everything pretty much tasted the same and that was the consensus around the table. The egg rolls were filled with only bean sprouts, quite unusual. We were quite disappointed for $18.95 each. View all feedback.
The place is falling apart, and if the front of house looks this bad what does the kitchen look like… public health needs to check this place out as it’s disgusting. Food was “ok” but not worth the huge price increase, staff are rude and the place is just gross
We enjoyed a wide selection of Chinese dishes in the buffet setting. Hot and delicious. More choice could be available for the desserts. But we were pleased with the main course. Nice service and pleasant servers.
A local long time favourite Chinese restaurant with well prepared , unpretentious food. I do cook a lot of Chinese and Thai stir-fries at home , but sometimes we have a craving for deep fried chicken balls, egg foo young and buffet deep fried shrimp at a reasonable price and it comes with attentive and friendly service! They also serve a large pot of Oolong tea to wash it all down .Local families know to show up early at the buffet for plentiful and fresh Chinese food.
Outdated dining area and pricey for the quality of the food Prices also vary depending on the day. Buffet hasn’t changed in twenty years
The buffet is what you'd expect from a chinese buffet, with excellent wonton soup. But the real treat here is ordering off the Chinese menu. There are some real gems
