Auroras West Side - SAULT

While we were told our food would fly out in 2 days it did not,we spent between myself and another family @200$ each ,our delivery date kept getting pushed back due to their personal reasons,we were patient never bothered them,our food came a week later...after being promised 1 day delivery,needless to say our food was spoiled,they were going to look into it,that was 4 months ago! Terrible service and were out money with no recourse. We lost our food and our money.

The crust on the pizza was very thick and kinda salty. The topping were good but the crust could have been better.

I chose this restaurant based on the great reviews I found online and the menu. The food was amazing so filling we had to take most of it home. Reasonably priced as well. The dining room felt very clean. Though it wasn't busy and...there were plexiglass barriers at the top of the booths, however there were guests in every booth. This made us feel a little nervous because usually we see every other booth being used. Additionally, while our server was great, we ordered a pasta that was spicier than expected. After we asked for another sauce to cool it down, she said she knew that it was very spicy. It would have been nice of her to mention this when we ordered, as there was no indicator that it was a spicy dish.

Went tonight for a late evening meal... service was efficient and quick, but waitress could have been a bit more personable. Food however is excellent, had the mushroom caps stuffed with sausage, bread crumbs, and parmesan for an appetizer, so good! Had the pesto pizza, and penne with meatballs for the main course, both were fantastic! Have eaten here several times, and never been disappointed!
