Upon reaching the speaker to place my order, I had a couple of questions about the menu items. However, instead of assisting me, the employee curtly instructed me to stop asking questions and look at the menu. This response was both dismissive and disrespectful, leaving me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I responded with “i am all set” and i drove off View all feedback.

Drive through took 30+ minutes to get an 8 piece family bucket
At noon, this store was only serving via drive through window. I ended up ordering just two chicken legs. Two chicken legs cost nearly $9.00, which is outrageous. I am now done with KFC.
The employees were extremely friendly and personable. The food was still hot and tasted fresh not like it's been sitting under a warmer all day.
