Fran makes my father's experience the best. My 89 year old dad, is comforted by the consistency of Fran; she knows my father and knows how he likes his food. He suffers from Alzheimer's, so the fact that Fran greets him a certain way and knows him... It makes the experience rewarding. I remember when IHop was was a leader in the industry. This place has gone to the bottom of the food chain. If you like third world service then IHOP is the perfect place ? View all feedback.
We waited over 40 mins for food. Our server did not check on us at all and didn't say sorry.The food was cold already.They are only good to spanish people.
Our first and possibly last visit to an IHOP , absolutely DREADFUL service ! . The greeter shuffled us over to a dirty table then ignored us , pretending she couldn 't see me signalling her as she leant on the wall nearby . Eventually we got the attention of another server who took our order but then forgot to bring our drinks or water . We flagged down yet another server who eventually got our drinks delivered by the greeter who literally threw them on the table and wandered off again still no water to lean the wall again. The food arrived and was actually good.When we paid the check and left no tip , the same server who forgot us had the nerve to say I don 't know if you folks know, but the gratuity is not included ???There were other issues too and I also overheard complaints from other customers . The restaurant was far from busy and there was clearly no leadership in play here as the staff treated the customers as an inconvenience to be tolerated at best !

Service was good. Food is good. I love IHOPS chicken biscuits with gravy, fries and pickles absolutely
