I picked up our order on Saturday, between Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Despite having a confirmation email, the customer service person had trouble finding our order in their system. While they were searching, an assistant manager looked at my email, realized they had most of what we ordered on hand, and had another worker prepare our order. This is great, I never knew they served lunch or made sandwiches. They have been in business for decades, and I wish they had expanded their menu sooner.
I wish there was another restaurant or shop available at the Lloyd Center in Portland, Oregon.

Once it was ready, the assistant manager confirmed that our order had not been located in the system, but without any further questions or discussions, they handed over the complete order with a smile. By the way, the food was delicious and my wife loved it.
