This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to! The manager, Cheryl, is incredibly friendly, and the rest of the staff is great too. Even though they're always busy, the service is quick, so you never have to wait long.
Even though it's located by the Essex road near the ramp to Route 1N, this is still my favorite Dunkin' near my house. They consistently make my coffee just right, the drive-thru moves quickly, and the staff at the pickup window are always friendly and accommodating. Keep up the great work!
