Buffalo Wild Wings - Saugus

Came here after the zoo for some lunch. We were the only patrons. Waited a little bit to be sat but I get it everywhere is short staffed these days. Huge shout out to our waitress she was so accommodating. She went above and beyond and she knows it. From a mom to a mom thank you very much. You made our lunch experience so awesome even though there was no Mac and cheese. I work in hospitality and let me tell you it’s very hard to get great service these days but you girl nailed it. Appreciate you. I hope you get to see this review because you are amazing.

We went las Sunday for lunch time, the restaurant had a lot off tables available however we were in the front desk waiting for someone who can give us a table no body show up for 15 min then I had to look for someone and said : hi we need a table we have been waiting for 15 minutes and the waitress told me : you have to wait more bc we are busy now and I said can we have a table at least then she said no sorry we are busy now !!!!! So why we can just sit and wait ?????? it is so sad bc we like the place and their food but his customer services is the worst .

They wouldn’t let me get my pick up order at 12:40pm even though they have a big poster on the door saying Fridays they close at 1am. So Unprofessional also a guy from the streets came and ask us why were knocking on the door if they were closed already. Can I least get a refund?

There’s literally never anyone at the front for takeout

Don’t come to the Bdubs. Came to watch the AFC championship game. they are somehow out of lemonade, all chips, asked for celery and carrots and received 2 pieces of celery and 4 carrots. Server was either petty or rude on purpose. Won’t ever come back here again. The one in Burlington is 1000x better than this one near square mall.
