Never the one to complain and write a review but starting to get frustrated with this. Whoever is the manager of the Saugerties store is absolutely horrible. The shelves are always empty and about every month they run out of diet coke fountain drink. Been going to quick chek near me since they open and the last couple months have been horrible. Please do better.

What a joke! The shelves are empty..They sell hot dog buns but not hot dogs..trash cans are overflowing into the parking lot. Just a terribly mismanaged store that screams I DON 'T CARE !!

There is not Minus 1 horrible wrote to corporate a lot of times and ignored. Lines out the door Or wrapping around all bread stale sent picture of my hamburger rolls. They suck big time

I've been one of your Uber Eats customers ordering food from your location occasionally, and although you aren't my closest location, Uber Eats says you are (my delivery people pass another location on their travels to me into Dutchess Co. I've been ordering food and sometimes drinks, and every time I order, something is always missed. Food that has had notes attached to how they were supposed to be prepared to other notes from the business of what was supposed to be in the item, the food never arrives as listed. Drinks such as my former favorite cold drinks, are just as bad. Flavor isn't there. It's a watered down in most cases shake. Too much ice in the cup often gives me brain freeze that is hard to overcome. As for items on your list, I know your stores carry the black and white cookies (which are often the size of your hands yet aren't on the list to be added to the order which is a sin in my family not to get. I'm not amused. As for why Lake Katrine's location isn't delivering to Red Hook and why this longer distanced one away is, is still beyond me. Food takes 25 30 minutes, and often we've had deliverers who've dropped the orders because the distance to deliver to Dutchess County from this location isn't right even though geographically it's directly across the Hudson River (over the Kingston Rhinecliff (toll Bridge . I'm really pissed off. I thought I left a review of this location months ago, but apparently it was missed, so let me instead post this review this day.
