Visit Saugerties and found this little jewel on a cold Sunday morning. Her sign on the main street let us try as we would not have seen the restaurant. The place is small but cozy. The staff was really friendly and the food came fast. Everything was delicious! We had the Lox Bagel, breakfast sandwich and oatmeal. I recommend and come back when we're back in suckerties. What Ezra Anderson doesn't like about Olsen Company:
The high schooler making our food had no gloves on, was checking his phone constantly while making our food, and fixing his hair with the same fingers he would touch the food with. Eclectic selection of cold drinks - not alcoholic plus beer and wine if you want. Had the burrata with prosciutto and homemade pesto. Excellent Burrata. The prosciutto was a little gum. The dining room partner had the Gruyere grilled cheese with ham and the peach tomato jam. Great. Cool atmosphere. Very relaxing and covered. We were happy with this random choice on holiday.
Awesome experience. Great breakfast sandwiches and chai latte was amazing. Great local cheeses of sorts in the fridge to-go. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.
