Boston Pizza - Saugeen Shores

Well.... we had pizza and it was good. One of the only locations in Port Elgin where you can dine in during these strange times. I appreciate that of this Boston Pizza location. It was next door to our hotel which was good for us....The server was an upbeat guy, our drinks and food was served fast and he was knowledgeable about our options too.

We were staying next door at the Super 8 for the night. I went to BP to order take out for our room. I asked for my double order of wings to be fried for a minimum of 20 minutes, but if they were too...busy to do that then I would select something else. I was assured that it would not be a problem. I also ordered a large pizza. After 45 minutes I was given my take out order but not the check. After paying and walking across the parking lot I noticed that the bottom of the pizza box was soggy. When I got to my room I found the pizza barely warm. My wings were Baked and not fried. I called the restaurant and waited ten minutes to speak with a manager. After explaining the situation I asked for a refund. She told me that they can't refund but only re cook the order. She told me to trust her and that she would watch over her staff to assure my happiness. When I picked up the order she asked me to check it. She said that she insisted that they deep fry the wings for 7 minutes What ? I said 20 minutes. She also shared that she told them to prop up the cardboard box while in the heater so that it wouldn't be soggy What? Why wouldn't they try to complete the order at the same time? When I got back to my room the pizza was just more then warm (not Hot) and the wings were very undercooked. The $84.00 (with 20 tip) was a waste of money. Never again! I guess this is why so many BP restaurants are closing !

We ordered a large double cheese, pepperoni, gr peppers and mushroom pizza. We couldn't eat it. There was about an inch of sauce. So sloppy. Maybe 4 pieces of gr pepper, very little cheese, very little pepperoni. We didn't even see the mushrooms. 36$Never again! I don't recommend this Boston Pizza.

Pizza was ok but with the delivery fee found it was rediculously over priced. Definitely NOT WORTH IT!

We decided to go for a early evening appetizer we all love. We were on vacation renting a cottage and saw Port Elgin now has a Boston Pizza. We had a barbeque in the afternoon and decided to go into enjoy the Karoke advertised that night. We ordered a Taco Chip platter for the kids and myself. There were 6 of us and their Taco Supreme Platter was absolutely delicious....We loved it. Waitresses provided exceptional service. and genuine kindness. We participated in the Karoke entertainment and met some really nice regulars that follow the Karoke around town and provide fantastic entertainment when its on. If you get a chance do not pass without going in.
